This 8 week program based on Whole30 tenets will encourage you to cut out alcohol, sugar, grains, legumes, dairy and additives from your diet for 30 days. Many of these foods can cause inflammation and cravings, and negatively affect hormones and your gut health. Instead, you'll fill your plate with meat, seafood, eggs, “tons of vegetables,” fruit and healthy fats from oils, nuts and seeds.
You will not have to count or restrict calories, skip meals, or eliminate carbs. You'll eat real, whole foods until you are satisfied. No pills, powders, or shakes required. We even ask that you stay off the scale and away from body measurements for 30 days—that's how serious we are!
After the 30 days, we will support you as you slowly reintroduce the eliminated foods. This process will help you identify the foods that may be causing your body distress.
