I work with clients one on one to help you get to the root cause of what is going on inside. I'll help you figure it out. Sometimes you just need someone else to help your find the threads of what is causing you to feel bad. I am willing to work via video chat, or on the phone.
After going through comprehensive health history and reviewing your intake forms we will look at your current lifestyle habits: eating, sleeping, movement, and how you deal with stress. The symptoms you have been living with, headaches, bloating, acne, psoriasis, anxiety, sleep issues and fatigue are not normal. This is your body calling out to you that it is un-happy. Let's figure out together why your body is not happy. |
Has it been suggested that you change the way you eat? Maybe a practitioners suggested you eat less sugar, or go gluten free, and you feel lost and need support making those changes. I understand exactly how that feels. I remember that feeling when a practitioner told me that my daughter should eat gluten free and dairy free. I felt like a deer in the headlights.
